• 1 on 1 support with planning, implementation, etc.

Job-Embedded

Teacher Coaching

• 1 on 1 teacher support with goal setting, planning, delivering, data analyzing, and reflecting in order to improve teacher practice and student outcomes
• In person site visits to support instructional practices
• Virtual check-ins between sessions

Professional Learning Community (PLC) Coaching and Support

• Support for campus instructional specialists, team leads and/or other members of the leadership team
• Design Thinking Approach to problem solving and restructuring current practices
• 2 virtual sessions and 1 in-person session*

• Asynchronous learning
